This plan includes full A/C and heating maintenance, routine filter replacements, system testing, and essential safety checks that keep your home running smoothly.
What’s Included in the Yearly Preventive Maintenance Plan
1–3 Month Filter Replacements
We replace your air filters based on the schedule your system requires, helping improve airflow, indoor air quality, and system efficiency.

1 Full A/C System Check (Before Summer Heat Hits)
We perform a complete inspection of your cooling system before peak season to ensure it’s ready for high temps. This helps prevent common summer breakdowns.
1 Full Heating System Check
Before cooler weather arrives, we test and inspect your furnace or heating system to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Basic Dust Cleaning (Each Visit)
Light dust cleaning of accessible panels and system housing to help airflow and keep components running smoothly.
